One W
Project Information
Situated in a prominent location on the Noosa River, Talltech partnered with Paul Clout Design to deliver a fully integrated home automation system — unifying lighting, entertainment, comfort, security, access and automation into a single intuitive platform.
Engaged late in construction, Talltech worked closely with the design team to preserve the architectural intent while achieving a comprehensive automation outcome, with particular focus on outdoor entertaining and street-front security. The homeowner approached with a discerning eye toward the value automation could bring. The result is a system that's sophisticated behind the scenes, yet effortless in everyday life, now central to how the home is lived in day to day.

Automated sheer curtains provide privacy while maintaining an abundance of natural light.

The open-plan kitchen and living area forms the heart of the home, supporting both everyday living and entertaining.

Talltech designed a whole-home wireless lighting control system, centralising lighting, blinds and key services into a single intuitive platform — simplifying day-to-day living across the home's multiple levels.

Lighting integration plays an important role in creating a welcoming sense of arrival.

Testimonial
“One W demanded a technology solution that complemented the simplicity and sophistication of the home's design. Talltech delivered a highly considered automation system that integrated seamlessly into the project, despite being engaged later in the build process. Their approach focused on usability, ensuring the home remained intuitive and uncomplicated while providing the owners with a level of comfort, security and control they now use every day. The result is a home where technology feels natural and unobtrusive, enhancing the living experience without ever competing with the architecture.”

Talltech's ongoing aftercare and support ensure the system remains as effortless to use as it was designed to be.

The rooftop entertaining area was a key focus of the brief. Talltech specified a high-performance outdoor audio system featuring roof-mounted speakers and concealed subwoofers integrated within the pergola structure — a powerful yet refined audio experience that complements the architecture.

Due to its prominent location, a key objective was for the home to feel secure, private and consistently presented. Automated privacy and security blinds support both protection and visual consistency throughout the day and night.
